isoplus förisolerade isoflex är ett fast rörsystem som är väl lämpat för stickledningar i fjärrvärmesystem med höga krav på temperatur och tryck.

Rören består av ett stålmedierör och ett robust PE-LLD-mantelrör, som via den flexibla polyuretanisoleringen är sammangjutna till en fast enhet. Med den flexibla isoleringen och PE-LLD-mantelröret uppnås maximal flexibilitet, som underlättar snabb och enkel montering. Leveranslängder på upp till 100 m gör det enkelt att installera stickledningar utan onödigt materialspill.

isoflex levereras med aluminiumdiffusionsspärrar inbyggda mellan mantelrör och polyuretanskum, vilket säkrar optimal isolering och låga värmeförluster under hela systemets livstid med lambdavärden på ner till 0,0225 W/m°C.



Om du vill kunna övervaka fjärrvärmesystemet elektroniskt, kan isoplus stålrör levereras med två ingjutna koppartrådar för anslutning till larmsystem.
