isoclima

isoclima is a flexible pipe system made of fracture and impact resistant PE-HD, particularly suited for the transport of cold water.
isoclima piping system is optimal for cold water and drinking water. isoclima pipe consists of a PE-HD carrier pipe and a PE-LLD jacket pipe bonded together into a fixed sandwich structure by flexible polyurethane insulation.

Efficient polyurethane foam insulation provides lowest possible heat loss and low lambda values 0.0225 W/m°C throughout the service life of the system, ensuring a cost saving solution.

A smooth PE-LLD jacket pipe allows use of weldable PE-HD joints. This ensures a minimum of work during joint installation. Other options are mirror welds and compression joints.
